Thank you for considering IMS for your parts needs. Whether alone or coupled with a service contract, IMS can save you money on your parts needs. IMS has a large inventory of parts from a variety of manufacturers. Please specify the manufacturer when completing your on-line parts pricing request below. In an effort to reduce customer maintenance costs and deliver as many options as possible, IMS provides, New, Used, Refurbished, or Repaired Original Equipment spares, and in some very limited cases aftermarket items. Please specify which type you would be interested in when completing the online parts pricing request below or when calling. When quoting IMS will identify exactly which of the above options is being quoted. IMS obtains these parts in many different ways, but the typical way is to “Harvest” them from mills that have replaced and existing system, or have had to close their doors. In this manner we have received both the working systems, as well as the items left in their storerooms. IMS does not supply “used” or “harvested” items that are considered consumable parts.
