- 24 hour call-in availability
- Up to 30% Discount on OEM parts
- On site operator training as needed
- Flat rate and Overtime rate plans available
- Preventative Maintenance performed

| Contract Maintenance |
- Flexible time options of 1, 2, or 3 days per week, or purchase blocks of service hours
- Up to 30% Discount on OEM parts
- On site operator training as needed
- Travel Time rate discounted
- Expenses (airfare, car, hotel, per diem, etc.) billed at actual cost
- Service rate discounted for any hours that exceed contract allotment
- Priority response over non-contract customer calls
